Guard Checker records and reports the actions and observations of security officers. It does this using smartphones and near field communication (NFC) tags.

A newly added Automatic Send feature permits selected recordings (checkpoints, messages, pictures) to be automatically sent to the client’s database as soon as they are recorded. No further action is required by the officer. Additionally, all other unsent recordings will be sent at the same time.

Prior to this new feature, the recorded information was not sent until the officer touched the “Send” button. In most cases the officers waited until they completed a round or shift, and sent all their recordings at one time.

This new feature permits managers to see selected recordings in a timelier manner.

Please note that existing Guard Checker features already permit managers to be alerted when scheduled actions do not take place as planned.
