The Message Pad
Security Managers want their Daily Activity Reports (DAR) to report more than just location checks. GuardChecker’s Message Pad makes it easy to record many other important activities.
For example:
- The Access Control System operated as scheduled.
- The elevators were activated as scheduled
- Required inspections were made
- Specific doors and gates were opened and closed as scheduled
- Incidents (accidents, thefts, disturbances, etc) were accurately reported
- Etc, Etc, Etc.
Background -Just using iButtons, QR codes, RFID tags or NFC tags will not produce this detail. Now, to record this detail, Managers must rely on the Officer to write it down intelligibly and file it where it can be recovered as needed.
