Companies that are using security guard verification systems have made a significant step towards improving accountability. Unfortunately, the improvement doesn’t stop there.
What many find is that they are often overwhelmed with tons of routine data. They are unable to sort through the huge volume of data to find truly important security issues.
GuardChecker can reduce that overwhelmed feeling by creating series exception reports. Plus, we even take that one step further by sending alerts by email and/or text to report critical situations.
Each Client defines the frequency, the time frame (shift, day, etc.) and types of alerts that they want to receive. Alert messages may include:
– All recorded entries that the Client has prioritized as critical.
– Checkpoints that were not scanned.
– Maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
– Actions not performed, for example: Guard No Sign In or Late Sign In.
– Other Client specific actions or observations requiring Alerts.
In addition to specifying the types of Alerts, Clients also identify which managers will receive which Alerts.
Data is only important if it can be used to improve performance. Of course, the managers still must take corrective action, but now they could have objective, timely information upon which to base their actions.
